Getting started on the right foot involves getting the seller prepared for the process, getting the Short Sale package file together early, implementing the proper pricing strategy and verifying that the homeowner is a strong Short Sale candidate.
We take the document and begin work on the actual Short Sale file as soon as you have a “market value” offer. From that point, we handle all dealings with the lender.
We strongly recommend you submit one offer only with your file. If you have more than one offer, consider working with your seller to select the best offer – which does not always mean the highest offer
